We are an all-around wellness program that provides another type of total indulgence for women - 12 weeks of "me" time where we focus on you, and only you, and everything about you:
Focus on your exercising routine
Review your eating habit
Monitor your sleeping pattern
Most importantly, examine your thinking process
By the end of this program, you will know exactly why and how to change each aspect of your life to help you improve your quality of life. More importantly, you will have found the motivation needed to accomplish all the things that you always wanted in your life - whether it is to lose weight, reduce stress & anxiety, manage relationships, or achieve life balance.
In simple terms, Life Coaching is just a way of questioning to start an honest and open conversation. When implemented correctly, it is a powerful tool - it creates a level of trust that allows us to arrive at some truthful answers that lies deep down.
No matter what brings you to us, we need to better understand your thinking and what is really happening around you. Long lasting changes starts from the inside and must be aligned with your thinking - your own set of values and your expectations in life. Anyone can tell you what is the right thing to do in your life, but why listen to them when you can find the best answers if you just invest a little time and effect to "see" yourself better?
It is your choice. You can follow others for the rest of your life and fall short eventually because you've never truly been convinced that it's the right thing for you all along. Or, we can start making long lasting changes today based on your own unique set of beliefs.
When we are ready, we will map out everything you need to get from where you are now to where you would like to be. We will discuss goals, action plan, deadlines, and obstacles. While this map will become an important basis for our discussions, it will also become your light, your guide, and your best source of motivation in life.
We use Life Coaching techniques to discover many important things about our clients. But the one thing that stands out with Life Coaching is the "wow" moment, which comes when the client finds out about his/her "real" expectations, which often creates a turning point in his/her lives.
Whether you admit it or not, we are all full of expectations. (Without expectations, you can never be disappointed and you will never be upset!) However, with expectations come disappointments, when things don't happen as you expect. The key is to identify what those expectations are to begin with. Unfortunately, we often mistaken expectations of others for our own. What your family, father, mother, husband, children wants for you eventually becomes what we want of ourselves. We need to stop and think for a moment who we are, what we want and more importantly, why we want it. My experience tells me that people are often surprised by their own honest answers. What they say they want did not turn out to be what they truly want. Likewise, their perception of their current situation (what they say they are doing right now and what they think is happening around them at the moment) is often obscured.

During each hourly session, we will always start by using Life Coaching to explore your thinking and attitude towards what is happening around you at the moment. Based on the Theory of Satisfaction, we will teach you about body signals so you know how to provide it with just what it needs without sacrificing the pounds. We will fully equip you with practical nutritional knowledge and relevant statistics to help you make better choice. Based on our findings about your habits and thinking process, we will discuss options and specific techniques that you could use to overcome obstacles and reach your goals. Everyone's reason for being here is different, therefore, their journey with me will be different. However, I will be happy to accommodate your special needs in any way I can.

Based on our findings about your habits and thinking process, we will discuss options and specific techniques that you could use to overcome your unique set of circumstances and obstacles. We will tackle the stress because as you already know, the stress is only making everything worse. By having a frank conversation that asks the right questions, we will get down to the things that really bother you and the things that truly matter to you. During each hourly session, one-on-one Life Coaching will do several things. First, we need to establish trust with your teenager through a series of no-pressure fact finding conversations. When we've build up enough trust for a deeper communication, your child and I will go through an exciting journey to discover your child's innermost dreams and ambitions. We can then work on aligning what they want to accomplish in life with their current behaviors. What we are looking for is an attitude change that comes from their heart, that comes from their own understanding of what they truly want in life. Using the power of commitment, we will set up goals based on your child's own set of priorities as young responsible adults. As always, we will be happy to accommodate your child's needs in any way we can.

Unless you request otherwise, our sessions will take place mainly in our office. If you wish to meet outside our office, I am flexible as long as the meeting place allows for conversation and a bit of privacy. In the past, some clients have asked to have their sessions at their place of residence and that has worked out wonderfully as well.
Of course! Support is our role. And most of the time, the deciding moments will happen outside of the sessions. So it will be our honor to help guide you through difficult moments and to act in a way that is true to yourself. Access any of us anytime via email, SMS, or IM. Or you can simply comment on our blog, which has been created for our clients to know us better!
Our price structure is standard and simple. You can find it here. If you have been referred, then you should have a pretty good idea already. We have a first session FREE policy because we don't believe that you should pay for something that you don't feel is right for you. If this is something you would like to consider, we welcome any inquiries by way of phone or email.
As we always say to our clients, why keep doing the same thing if you want something to change? We have a first session FREE policy, so call us to set up a trial session and find out! Simply "walk out" if you feel this is not something for you. Regardless of whether you sign up with our program, you will not be charged for this session. Please also note that when we sense a client is not ready, we usually suggest that he/she wait for a better moment to start the program. There is never any pressure because your success is our success.
