Jennifer Lai is a Registered Dietitian (RD) who received her Bachelors in Nutrition from Cornell University US and Masters in Dietetics from University of Pittsburgh US. She has worked in a hospital where she was charged with recommending special diets for intensive care patients (ICU). She also has experience as an RD in a clinical setting where she provides dietary advise for out-patient clients.

Richard Hung is a Certified Personal Trainer who has many years of experience as a fitness professional in many reputable gyms in Hong Kong. His ability to teach and motivate is clearly demonstrated by his strong clientele comprising of men and women of all ages and ethnicity. To be an effective personal trainer, he customizes his training programs and plays different roles for different clients, who are from all walks of life.
But he wasn't always a trainer. He was actually an IT professional whose known for being a hardcore exercise fanatic for many years before he finally took a leap of faith and started his fitness career doing something that he truly loves and believes in. Her career started in banking in New York City, but she resigned 4 years ago to start this wellness company to help women find their own voice and happiness in life.
